What we're looking for:
 

Citrix is seeking a Lead Benefits Operations Analyst to join our Global Benefits Management Team within the Human Resources organization. This role will partner extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute against a multi-year road map for benefit operations support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, will be innovative, an effective communicator, hands on work style, have a desire to drive change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and renewal support: Support implementation of benefits plans, including implementing providers and new processes. Provide consultation and SME support to internal stakeholders and outside vendors on Workday setups and reporting requirements. Ensure ongoing processes are clearly defined with RACI and procedural documentation.  In partnership with Total Rewards Consultants, broker, and HR Shared Services, develop and implement training materials, tools, and resources.
  • Process Improvement: Responsible for implementing process improvement strategies for benefits delivery and operational activities. Lead process mapping exercises with key stakeholders, document processes, develop SOPs, and ensure documents are maintained.
  • Global Absence: Maintain Citrix compliance with Global Absence by supporting the Global Absence COE through partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize absence (LOA, Annual Leave, PTO) initiatives. This could include documenting policies, updating policies, implementing new policies/programs, evaluating change requests for Workday configuration, and supporting requirements gathering, testing and go-live.  
  • Global Wellbeing: Manage the administration of the Global Wellbeing Program such as system set-ups, invoice process, data audits, maintaining calendar of events, reporting on program participation and employee engagement. Through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders continue to drive and promote value of the program with challenges, events, and other campaigns. Lead the global wellbeing ambassador program; Assist with designing and supporting global wellbeing campaigns (e.g. mental health awareness).
  • M&A Support: Execute implementation activities to support successful benefits operations for all types of M&A transactions.
  • Travel: Able to travel globally (up to 25%).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in international benefit roles
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards across Canada, Latin America, and United States
  • Working knowledge of employee benefit plans and their administration requirements, including GDPR, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA
  • Experience with Workday
  • MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel (Data manipulation, Pivot tables and V-Look-Up)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization and demonstrated ability to influence decision makers
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on several projects/initiatives at the same time in a rapidly growing environment
  • Experience implementing processes and procedures, continuously improving programs, and creating efficiencies
