What we’re looking for:

​As a Business Development Manager, Citrix Services Provider (CSP), you are highly collaborative who is passionate about driving revenue and operations. You will develop and implement programs that increase sales for Citrix and make it easy for partners to do business with Citrix Work Collaboration Solutions (WCS) business unit. These programs are central to delivering on the Citrix WCS partner strategy. This hands-on role serves as the execution arm for developing new partners and expanding our relationships with existing partners relevant to the WCS strategic GTM plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the identification, recruitment onboarding, and execution with partners in alignment with the WCS business unit.

  • Collaborate with numerous virtual team members that are responsible for operational tasks in administering partner programs with Citrix Services Providers (CSP) and industry-based partners.

  • Ensure that program membership processes and systems are operating as designed with regard to application, internal approval, legal agreement acceptance, benefits/requirements administration, renewal, and termination, all leveraging cross-functional and virtual teams across the company.

  • Collaborate with the team that runs operational tasks in administering incentive programs that provide a discount or a rebate to partners. Ensure the timely and accurate payment of rebates, address issues, and maintain clear processes for tens of millions of dollars paid to our partners annually.

  • Develop strong, positive relationships with key executive partners across the business. Skillfully manage across a matrix environment; seek avenues to leverage/align with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Products, and Supply Chain to align goals/objectives of the business unit.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic, program and/or operations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a fast-growth SaaS technology company highly preferred.

  • Channel expertise in 1 Tier, 2 Tier, Service Provider, and Distribution Routes to Market.

  • Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure effective resolutions.
