What we're looking for:

The WW Sales Enablement Business Systems Analyst will manage the ongoing administration of various sales enablement tools, not limited to but including user and stakeholder support, training documentation, requirements gathering, UAT, content creation/updates/governance and communications.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Ongoing tool administration (LMS, CMS, etc.), involving content creation, updates, and governance
  • Ongoing end-user and stakeholder support, training, and communications
  • Ongoing reporting and platform/feature/gap analysis
  • Periodic user acceptance testing (UAT) as required between vendor, stakeholders and users
  • Periodic IT and Sales Operations liaison as needed to support integrations with IT systems and CRM
  • Periodic vendor engagement as needed for support inquiries and to remain apprised of feature releases

Critical Technical Competencies 

  • Analytical Ability / Problem Solving - Analyzes and understands problems using logic and reasoning and presents relevant solutions.
  • Performance Reporting & Planning - Ability to produce reports and analyze trends for various areas including pipeline, forecasting, expense management, and planning. 
  • Quantitative Analysis & Metrics - Ability to analyze financial data using mathematical models.
  • Systems Management - Possesses a general understanding of Sales Systems and knowledge domains relevant to specific processes and practices (within their application track).   In addition, possesses a general understanding of escalation management, requirements gathering processes, and the software development life cycle as it relates to business systems.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Looking for overall experience of 1 to 3 years
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and Written).
