Job Description

Citrix recently formed a standalone Work Collaboration business unit to focus on our Line of Business (LoB) SaaS solutions—an area where we see the highest growth potential. This new business unit is unique, and we certainly aren’t afraid to stand out from the crowd and tackle the bigger competitors.

Here's what we need you to do so we can take first place:

  • Own both our strategy and tactical components for the post-sale marketing customer journey
  • Build onboarding and adoption strategies across products and customer segments
  • Lead and execute customer engagement programs, such as nurture, social, and webinar campaigns, that highlight our top features and actions that enable the success of our customers
  • Create customer-specific content for use in onboarding and adoption marketing programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and In-Product teams, to deliver a coordinated customer onboarding and adoption journey


Your superstar talents include:

  • At least eight years of Marketing experience
  • Experience working with Customer Success teams on SaaS B2B products
  • Laser-like focus on solutions and outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Multi-tasker at heart
  • Provide strategic and analytic insights in all areas
  • Communicates crisply and with intent
  • Plays independently and well with others
