About you:

You are a Cloud Business Operations Manager working within a close-knit team of Cloud Engineering and Cloud Operations professionals and interacting regularly with other departments in the organization. You are involved in executing Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis / Cloud Operational Finance tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, management reporting and transaction analysis. These duties require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity and independent judgment. You possess strong interpersonal and organization skills and have a background in Cloud Finance Management

Position overview:

Citrix is rapidly developing and expanding its portfolio of large-scale cloud applications across all product lines, including app/desktop virtualization, networking, and content collaboration. These applications must deliver enterprise-grade performance, reliability, and integration while leveraging consumer internet economies of scale in multiple clouds (and in hybrid scenarios that reach behind the enterprise firewall). This requires a solid execution of Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis. Cloud Operational Finance tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, management reporting and transaction analysis.

Role responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Cloud Business Operations Manager with reporting for Gross Margin calculations
  • Manage and triage approval requests for custom deals via gross margin targets
  • Work closely with procurement and finance teams to accurately report tools and labor as part of COGS
  • Compile month end, forecast, and budget reporting package for Senior Business Manager & Director
  • Continuous improvement of Operations financial reporting process as business requirements evolve
  • Work closely with various Operations team members to promote business alignment on financial topics
  • Prepare reports and analysis of business trends to help drive Cloud Business Operations financial strategy
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within Finance, Engineering and Operations teams to develop reporting/process changes to improve business visibility and efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of business operations management experience
  • Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) knowledge and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a public cloud environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hyperion and Excel Add-ins experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Have a Software Engineering background with a passion for cost modeling and reporting in the public cloud
  • Experience working in a SAFe technical environment

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
