What we're looking for:
 

You are a Cloud Business Operations Specialist working within a close-knit team of Cloud Operations professionals and interacting regularly with other departments in the organization. You are a high-horsepower specialist with a passion for security and compliance. You possess strong interpersonal and organization skills and an appetite to learn and drive toward the common goal!

Position Overview:

Citrix is rapidly developing and expanding its portfolio of large-scale cloud applications across all product lines, including app/desktop virtualization, networking, and content collaboration. These applications must deliver enterprise-grade performance, reliability, and integration while leveraging consumer internet economies of scale in multiple clouds (and in hybrid scenarios that reach behind the enterprise firewall).

Role Responsibilities:

· Assist in determining the needs of customers regarding Cloud Service documentation and the approach to meet those needs

· Work with Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, Legal and other departments to gather accurate information for documentation

· Assist in ensuring Cloud Service documentation is standardized and sends a consistent message

· Review and revise security documentation on a regular basis (DDP, SIG, CAIQ), driving engagement of CSA to help update annually

· Assist in maintaining centralized security knowledgebase

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of CSA training and awareness presentations

· Assist with customer security requests for information as needed

· Work through assigned SCRs (Salesforce Security Compliance Requests), collaboration channels, and other platforms mailer to answer customer security questions as assigned

· Perform problem analysis of moderate complexity, with minimal instruction

· Maintain effective working relationships with technical personnel across Citrix in order to validate accurate knowledgebase of information/cyber security & compliance information

· Support continuous monitoring of security compliance governance function as needed for resiliency

· Identify and escalate to Leadership as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

· Thrive and work well with others in fast-paced, highly demanding environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High attention to detail and results focused

· Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate and timely work product

· Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

· Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)

· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field of study

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong Citrix product knowledge

· Cloud environment experience

· Project Management or Security Certification

· Technology field background

· Experience with Atlassian tools (Trello, JIRA, Loopio, etc.)

We provide benefits and rewards that meet the diverse needs of our employees by offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and equitable rewards opportunities for all employees. In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $92,000 -$115,000 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Citrix and the country where you work.
