What we're looking for:

As a Cloud Support Engineer in the Citrix Windows App and Desktop team, you’ll be partnering with our SME customers providing French and English language technical support for Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, virtualisation solutions. These products allow IT teams to provide anywhere access for any device, and control of virtual machines, apps, licensing and security.

We know you're keen to learn so you’ll get to develop deep knowledge of cloud products and technologies, and we’ll help you use this experience to build your career across a range of engineering and product functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • We'll teach you to provide expert technical guidance for Citrix products and cloud technologies to customers of small to medium sized enterprises via phone, email and/or remote access.

  • Working collaboratively, you’ll analyse and develop solutions for customer issues ensuring we meet our service level agreements and obligations.

  • You are a great problem solver with good communication skills so we'll encourage you to share your knowledge by publishing articles and updates in the Citrix Knowledge Centre systems.

  • Detailing cases and resolutions clearly in the CRM system, taking ownership of hot and/or more critical cases when required.

Your background:

  • We’d like you to have a Degree/Dip in Science, Computing, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

  • Some background providing technical customer support onsite or with field experience.

  • Ability to understand technical issues and apply technical concepts.

  • Good understanding of Windows Desktop/Server and networking/WEB protocols (such as TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS).

  • Proficient/Native French Language is a must for this position.
