About the Role!

We’re looking for an experienced technical and business savvy leader to help manage our Data Integration team in supporting the business operations of Wrike. This is a highly visible role where you will provide big picture leadership and vision for new tools and methodologies to support existing system operations and other transformation projects. As a strategic leader, you will manage the team's prioritization and activities to support mission critical operational initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, IT and Data Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, evolution and management of an enterprise data ecosystem
• Develop, implement and supports application codes and analytical models
• Design, build and maintain integrations and workflows to meet the business operational, system and reporting needs
• Act as a Data Integration Architect and advisor on business transformation projects
• Function as subject matter expert in writing ETL scripts, data maps or integration programs to capture data from source to target systems, and enable data mining
• Implement processes and logic to extract, transform and distribute data across multiple data storage from a wide array of sources 
• Lead, participate and/or influence in data architecture decision-making and planning
• Perform the technical design, development, integration and testing efforts for data using various development languages and tools to create high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
• Provide problem solving and complex data analysis to develop business intelligence and integration solutions
• Optimize the performance of ETL processes and scripts by working with other technical staff as needed
• Document data solution and processes to meet compliance requirements
• Manage, train and mentor data integration engineers from different work locations and time zones
• Work with key stakeholders to design complex solutions and lead the project from inception to deployment

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other related field with relevant hands-on experience in software integrations
• 8+ years of experience on data delivery and integration development
• Big data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Vertica or similar)
• Experience in building integration with major SaaS tools that support Go-to-Market functions (Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Zendesk, Strikedeck/Gainsight or similar)
• Full-stack coding experience using Python, Java or similar programming languages 
• Experience with ETL and iPaaS solutions such as Pentaho, Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica or similar tools
• Good understanding of Data Modeling (Kimball, Inmon, SCDs, Data Vault, Anchor)
• Experience with Data Pipeline Orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect or similar)
• Experience with Google Big Query, Airflow, and Jenkins preferred
• Extensive experience with writing and fine-tuning of complex SQL queries and ETL scripts
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills with team player attitude to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
