What we're looking for:

You are a hard-working, customer facing person looking to expand your career in Demand and Order management (Supply Chain). You have proven skills in planning, communication, decision making and problem solving. You will have a high level of digital literacy and attention to detail.

Position Overview

As the Demand & Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for: Sales & Operations Planning calls on a weekly basis for the Western & Southern Markets (WeSo), monitor the SFDC case que and review the aging backlog. You will also provide the Global team with backup when needed.

French language skills would be highly preferable for this role.


  • All the duties/responsibilities of Order Management during month- and quarter- close.
  • Accurately forecast demand across areas to enable Sales & Operational Planning.
  • Review all major opportunities for the Area and pre-validate to prevent any roadblocks to booking/shipping deal.
  • Manage the backlog for Area on a daily basis – ensure that any deal stuck is backlog is reviewed, fixed and released to fulfilment.
  • Improve operational performance of Distribution partners by conducting QBRs within the Area.
  • Work with Distribution partners in Area to enable EDI for improving purchase experience and reducing cycle time
  • Regularly reach out to AVPs as well as key leaders for feedback or input on process improvement
  • Work closely with inside sales teams and readiness to communicate with sales teams for Area
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex orders and Technical issues within the order.
  • Provide informal team member coaching/training/mentoring as well as serve as SME.
  • Serve as a team SME and "go-to" for account and licensing questions /inquiries (merges, consolidations, transfers) from the team.


  • Experience in customer service, Supply Chain or order fulfilment role
  • A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is ideal but not essential
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Proficient English is required, plus additional French language skills would be highly preferred.
  • Contribute to end of year and end of quarter processes
