What we're looking for:

The role of Wrike Marketing team is significant. We enhance and support digital marketing contribution in lead acquisition and lead journey. We are setting up and developing tracking systems and increasing the website performance.
In this role you will analyze statistics and look for insights and ways how we can improve our online marketing efforts and performance to increase our online presence. Also, you will produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards, develop out google ads-related stack and deliver monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight to our Executive team. 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily analytic support for marketing teams
  • Use analytics and metrics, and vary of technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs
  • Communicate with marketing and sales stakeholders to find out what we can make better and how to meet challenges in the current process
  • Tuning and monitoring Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Automating analytics reporting with Google API (measurement protocol, Adwords API, etc.)
  • Conducting A/B tests
  • Build BI reports and visualize data for marketing stakeholders
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations
  • Present marketing performance results to team leads and the exec crew
Project examples:
  • End-to-end analysis from impression to purchase
  • Data extraction from 3rd-party vendors and reporting automation
  • Preparing to the post-cookie world
Basic Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of SQL & databases (we use Postgres and BigQuery)
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Yandex Metrika and their advanced functionality (filters, custom reports, custom dimensions/metrics, etc.), Google Tag Manager
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing metrics
  • Good data visualization skills
  • Python skills to be able to build ETL processes

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools like Tableau
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel
  • Upper intermediate or fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
