What we're looking for:

You are a Digital Sales Representative with experience developing and managing end-user accounts and reseller partners in the Spanish market!

You can proactively grow the pipeline to attain booking targets and business goals. You can undertake customer negotiations, and close sales in conjunction with channel partners.

You have experience speaking Spanish with customers and partners, but English for internal business communications. You have a background in engaging directly with customers to drive new business.

Position Overview

In this role, you will lead a territory in a proactive and consultative phone sales role. You will primarily be passionate about developing and handling end-user accounts and reseller partners in the Spanish territory in order to sell Citrix products and services.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers from 1-5,000 employees directly to understand business needs and gather competitive intelligence to drive new business.

You will work closely with the Field Sales and channel partners to meet territory goals.

Responsibility

  • Support teamwork between Citrix and partner territory sales resources

  • Develops and applies an understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base.

  • Supports territory performance with revenue generation activities:

  • Use hunting and farming techniques

  • Use customer's licence renewal events to up-sell and cross-sell new products and services.

  • Engages Citrix Product Specialists and Sales Engineers to develop solutions across the product portfolio

  • Presents Citrix value proposition to close deals (directly or indirectly)

  • Respond to new business leads from channel resellers and marketing activities

Basic Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in a SaaS company or Entreprise technology company with a channel fulfilment model

  • Degree preferred

  • Native-level Spanish and proficiency in English

  • Knowledge of Portuguese language is a bonus, but not required

  • Desk based experience in an agile, sophisticated environment required.
