We have a phenomenal Sydney or Auckland located opportunity to join our vibrant, fast paced and dynamic Digital Territory sales team. Citrix is positively supporting our existing and new customers ability to have their people do hybrid work in secure cloud IT environments. Job Summary

We are an open, inclusive and diverse team. You will be working to help our mid-market and small to medium enterprise customers define their hybrid work strategy via secure cloud environments with utilising Citrix products and services.

We engage collaboratively at Citrix and with our channel partners as we deliver software adoption services supporting customer business outcomes, and mitigate their risk.

Job Responsibilities

  • This is a proactive and consultative phone sales territory management position.

  • Engaging with customer business executives regarding improving employee experience at work with Citrix services and solutions to deliver against their business outcomes.

  • Identifying and develop opportunities across our software services portfolio enabling you to build quality sales opportunities, with the highest likelihood of successful closure.

  • Applying a proven sales methodology, prospecting techniques and processes to your assigned territory base, coupled with a broad understanding of Citrix portfolio will improve your deliverables.

  • Following new business leads requires a timely customer engagement, inbound qualified leads with solutions selling methods, with negotiation activities and customer executive engagement to close sales.

  • Within our existing customer base, defining a territory strategy to develop relationships, with an emphasis to extend our product and services footprint in the business.

  • Growing accounts as a result of adoption and retention activities including cross selling into new areas, and with new buyers.

  • Exceeding sales targets and demonstrating continuous progress towards achieving account strategies with our selling team counterparts in Networks.

  • Presenting accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in SalesForce.com reflecting transparently the opportunities in your territory pipeline for management.

  • Crafting and managing relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans.

  • Collaborating with Field Sales Managers regarding mutual quota attainment and defined territory plans.

  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with partner account managers, systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to improve full potential of every opportunity.

  • Prospecting activities will involve 3 hours of daily phone time and undertaking 20 outbound calls and 15 emails per day, which is a Key Performance Indicator of the role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Greater than 5 years selling in the information technology sector.

  • Shown a working history in ANZ technology markets.

  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in the English language.

  • Worked with SalesForce as a customer relationship management tool.
