We have a phenomenal opportunity for you to join our vibrant, fast paced and successful Digital Inside Sales team to be based in Singapore. We are impacting our customers ability to have their people do hybrid work in a secure cloud environments! Position Summary

As part of our diverse team you will be working with our small and medium enterprise customers on their hybrid work and secure cloud environments with Citrix products and solutions.

We team collaboratively at Citrix, across the company and with our channel partners as they deliver adoption services to customers.

Your success will result in improved IT employee experience for your customers at work, so that they can be more productive and their best selves at work.

Role Responsibilities

  • Being very proactive and consultative in your style of phone sales and territory management activities.

  • Talking about improving employee experience at work with Citrix products and solutions.

  • Identifying and develop opportunities across different product groups to enable you to leverage sales opportunities across our portfolio.

  • Developing and applying an understanding of Citrix products, sales. methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer baser while selling to small and medium business accounts and reseller partners.

  • Tenacious following up of qualified leads with solutions selling methods, negotiating and closing sales.

  • Curiosity about our existing customers by calling on them, and developing relationships with an emphasis extending our product and services footprint.

  • Growing accounts as a result of cross selling into new areas and tracking adoption and retention activities to build more stickiness in the customers.

  • Exceeding sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies with our selling team counterparts in Networks

  • Presenting accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in SalesForce.com reflecting transparently the opportunities in your territory pipeline for management.

  • Crafting and managing relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans.

  • Encouraging and maintaining close relationships with systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to improve full potential of every opportunity

  • Using your relationships with key internal resources to close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies.

  • Delivering exciting product presentations to customers focusing on selling and positioning Citrix solutions.

  • Achieving at least 3 hours of daily phone time and 40 verifiable outbound phone calls per day, which is an MBO benchmark of the job.

Basic Qualifications

  • Greater than 5 years selling in the information technology sector.

  • Shown a working history in ASEAN technology markets.

  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in the English language.

  • Worked with SalesForce.Com as a customer relationship management tool.
