What we're looking for:

The Talent Acquisition Director will provide direction for the day to day management of recruiting for Citrix EMEA Sales and Services organization and be a key contributor in developing, implementing and servicing all aspects of the talent acquisition process and strategy. This role will collaborate and build exceptional business relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, human resources business partners, other HR COE’s and external sources to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting strategies. This is a highly visible position, which interacts with all levels of the organization across multiple functions through providing subject matter expertise on all staffing and recruiting strategies, policies and leading edge programs to ensure the organization can innovatively and successfully attract and engage top talent.

As Director of Talent Acquisition, EMEA, you will have a passion for growing and developing, thrive in a changing environment, enjoy innovating and are passionate about putting the customer at the core of everything they do.  As Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA you will be accountable for building and leading a team of talent acquisition advisors, developing their skills and capabilities to develop close working relationships with line managers and client groups to provide comprehensive and proactive HR solutions, input and advice.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruiters to proactively identify, source and recruit diverse candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals, job fairs, research, alumni groups, networking and agencies.
• Lead partnership with Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in order to position Citrix in the market as “employer of choice” and strategize on attraction and engagement.
• Interact and engage with members of the Global TA team to ensure that best practices are leveraged across all hiring in EMEA and that processes are aligned to the maximum extent possible.
• Proactively partner with the business on key talent initiatives in order to meet business outcomes.
• Utilize Global TA expertise when developing programs and strategy for the region.
• Analyze historical hiring data and future hiring plans to identify the right sourcing models in EMEA.
• Collaborate with HR COE’s and HR Business Partners to align priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee the strategy and engagement of preferred agencies for critical hiring as part of the sourcing strategies.

• Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to attract, motivate, develop and retain a dynamic team of recruiters in order to drive results.
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization. Very comfortable receiving and giving feedback in a constructive manner.
• Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demanding initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent, consultative influence management skills in order to lead and partner on talent needs in the business.
• Strong analytical and metrics orientation with the desire and ability to use metrics to gain awareness and visibility to support a position and to “drive a story.”

Basic Qualifications

• The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding HR professional with a proven track record of success and a minimum of 10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
• Must be able to demonstrate a focus on strategic talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry. Minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience in operations and corporate recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep talent acquisition best practices expertise, broad business acumen and knowledge of labor market trends and legislative regulations.
