EMEA Telco Lead. Senior Strategic Partner Business Developer in charge of developing our joint offerings and business with selected Telcos players and leading the wider EMEA team with Telco focus.

You have proven extensive business development and sales experience in developing and growing a managed services business through a select group of Strategic Telco partners both in Enterprise and Mid-market. If you have 10+ years’ experience in building recurring business models for managed services in an international environment and managing directly/ in a matrix organization a team of Partner Business Developers, we'd love to speak to you!

Position Overview

The newly created EMEA Telco Lead is a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) role responsible for driving a targeted group of Telco providers as well as leading the wider EMEA team with Telco focus. The Citrix PAM is accountable for growing Citrix Service Provider revenue and bookings for their named partners, increasing the share of wallet and develop/ launch new offerings:

  • As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the joint engagement strategy with your Telco partners and executing this plan to over-achieve your objectives. You will have a 360-degree view on your joint business with your partners (Sell-to/ Sell-through/ Sell-with, Executive engagement, Sales, Marketing, Technical enablement)

  • As the EMEA Telco Lead, you will be responsible to build the broader Telco strategy and engagement for EMEA and lead our broader PAM community engaging with other Telcos building the Industry-expertise as well as delivering business outcomes

The EMEA Telco lead is also responsible for strengthening relationships between our Telco partners and Citrix business units including but not limited to Field Sales, Enterprise Sales, Channel Marketing, etc. – you will manage business issues to develop long-term relationships between Citrix and your Partners

Responsibilities

  • Generate deep partnerships with assigned Telcos based on solid Executive’s alignment and shared Business Plans

  • Strong Business Rhythm in place for successful Sales execution, Business Development initiatives landing and joint investments management

  • Build a strong PAM Community engaging with other Telcos and improve the bar of Citrix overall engagement with these critical partners across EMEA

  • Be on top of your business operations for successful acceleration (sales forecasts, new product launch, Executive alignment, marketing execution, technical enablement)

  • Responsible for all aspects of the business development from pricing negotiations, contract development, building and executing sound Go-To-Market and Marketing plans, as well as technical enablement to ensuring successful business outcomes

  • Support partners in pursuing and finding opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in building recurring business models for managed services in an international environment

  • Extensive prior business development and sales experience in a high-tech environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology

  • Extensive experience in selling with and through Telco and building recurring business models for managed services (advantageous)

  • Proven successful experience in working in an international context, with international/ remote diverse teams

  • Willingness to work in a matrix organization with a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and other locations as the need arises

  • A demonstrated understanding of the Managed Services Provider business model in a Hybrid/ Cloud environment inclusive of launching ‘finished Product’ to drive revenue and market share capture, as well as shaping Go-To-Market motions

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
