What we're looking for:

You are experienced in Lead Generation or Sales Development looking to jump start your career in Digital Sales. You will have native English! You will be passionate about joining a growing global software organization and play a critical part of the journey for Citrix in Dublin.

Position Overview

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a crucial part in the sales process developing significant engagements, generate qualified opportunities, and increase pipeline. As a BDR you will form relationships with key decision makers and influencers at target accounts and map ideal Citrix solutions to their top priorities and business challenges

Responsibilities

  • Deliver qualified opportunities to Sales that have been confirmed to be an engaged decision maker with a specific business challenge Citrix can tackle.
  • Work closely with assigned Enterprise Account Managers to identify, prospect and cultivate target accounts
  • Team with Sales to support our Enterprise & Corporate customers (>5,000 employees)
  • Use a multi-touch approach including a combination of phone outreach, email, and LinkedIn to contact customer and prospect accounts.
  • Make recommendations and provide feedback to the Global Marketing team to assist in enhancing processes around lead quality, lead scoring, and campaign performance
  • Establish relationships within key accounts to build additional sales pipeline resulting in increased revenue to the company

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong sales/customer service experience
  • Native English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to communicate successfully over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
