What we're looking for:

The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for cold calling and emailing potential clients within an existing customer base to generate leads against target market criteria using sites like LinkedIn/ZoomInfo/LeadIQ/Owler etc. 
You will be also responsible for scheduling discovery calls. The discovery call is where the Outbound SDR will then qualify potential clients through a series of qualification questions/criteria and closely collaborate with Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of an expanding sales team towards ambitious sales goals.

  • Cold outreach to potential clients within existing customer base about their project management needs.

  • Qualify potential clients to ensure they have authority to make a decision on implementing a Project Management solution such as Wrike.

  • Present the Wrike product and its competitive advantage.

  • Take part in Wrike's Sales Methodology training.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

  • Full fluency in English + French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS company is an advantage.

  • Outbound sales call experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization skills, a strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospect's business.

  • Ability to speak articulately and credibly.
