Job Summary

Our exciting opportunity in a Covid/post Covid world is collaborating with customers and addressing their need to deliver a secure hybrid work environment for their employees. We help them have a great work experience; and improve their efficiency in servicing their customers.

Success is this job is defined by growing the Mid Market/Corporate solutions footprint for Citrix in Melbourne. Orchestrating and collaborating across the Citrix team and our channel partners, building account plans, will create a deep pipeline and an ability to close deals with revenue potential in the short, medium and long term. Satisfied customers adopting Citrix technologies is your aim.

Role Responsibilities

  • Our software solutions are impacting the employee experience and Secure Hybrid Work environments of our financial, government and commercial customers, and the services they deliver to their customers in secure cloud IT environments. You will need to be talking to and solutioning around these topics.

  • Selling the entire Citrix Solutions portfolio of offerings.

  • Identifying, qualifying and crafting high value opportunities to achieve penetration of entire Citrix portfolio in territory.

  • Partnering with a channel-led sales motion with the mindset of a territory general manager.

  • Orchestrating with your channel partners and Product Sales Specialists (where present) to generate leads and close deals.

  • Working closely with our Digital Territory Managers across the Mid market and SME space.

  • Building an annual territory business plan, revising it quarterly, including sales coverage plans.

  • Generating and handling a pipeline, as well as presenting a transparent and reliable forecast.

  • Crafting sophisticated deals and shepherding around pricing negotiations, through contract development to order fulfillment, and adoption of solutions.

  • Orchestrating relationships within Citrix as well as sales and account teams at with partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Selling in Information Technology sector within the Melbourne market.

  • Working with Commercial and Mid Market customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 8+ years of validated sales experience in the software and/or or services industry.
