Position Summary

Our exciting opportunity in a Covid/post Covid world is simply collaborating with customers in addressing their needs to deliver a secure hybrid work environment for their employees and services delivered to their customers. Success is defined by growing the Mid Market/Corporate solutions footprint for Citrix in WA. Orchestrating and collaborating across the Citrix team and channel partners build account plans, will achieve a deep pipeline and ability to close deals with revenue potential over a multi-year horizon. Satisfied customer adoption speaks for itself.

Role Responsibilities

  • Our software solutions are impacting the employee experience and Hybrid Work for our financial, government and commercial customers, and the services they deliver to their customers in secure cloud IT environments.

  • Selling the entire Citrix Solutions portfolio of offerings.

  • Open landscape to generate innovative solutions harnessing new analytics driven observations and feedbacks for customers.

  • Identifying, qualifying and crafting high value opportunities to achieve penetration of entire Citrix portfolio in territory.

  • Partnering with a channel-led sales motion with the mindset of a territory general manager.

  • Orchestrating with your channel partners and Product Sales Specialists (where present) to generate leads and close deals.

  • Building an annual territory business plan, revising it quarterly, including sales coverage plans.

  • Generating and handling a pipeline, as well as presenting a transparent and reliable forecast.

  • Crafting sophisticated deals and shepherding around pricing negotiations, through contract development to order fulfillment, and adoption of solutions.

  • Orchestrating relationships within Citrix as well as sales and account teams at with partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Selling in Information Technology sector within the Western Australian market.

  • Working with Commercial and Mid Market customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically 8+ years of validated sales experience in the software and/or or services industry
