What we're looking for:

We are looking for an outstanding Full Stack Web and Integration Developer to join our growing GTM operations team! The position will work across departments in collaboration to help understand and maintain existing code and integrations for current processes, develop new enhancements to support future processes, and consult with our internal stakeholders regarding technical design/architecture with an emphasis in supporting Wrike's post-sales Customer Education team.

Position Overview:

Wrike is the collaborative work management platform of choice for 20,000+ companies in over 140 countries. In this role, you will work closely with websites, web tools, customer-facing and other internal teams.

We need someone who has full-stack development experience and knows best practices to further improve our development process, QA process and apply them in collaboration with our engineering team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the process of developing internal web infrastructure.

  • Integrate and develop existing systems and tools into one seamless customer experience via federated search.

  • Find the most suitable solutions to achieve business goals.

  • Partner with engineering team to follow internal processes for code deploy.

  • Design, research and experiment with proposed solutions for Educational initiatives.

  • Develop technical requirements and scope for proposed solutions and collaborate with the team to implement.

  • Develop and maintain a new success center for clients

  • Scope requirements for larger process and system requests from the Customer Education team.

  • Partner with key members to gain deep understanding of their business strategies to translate their requirements into well-architected solutions.

  • Initiate technical improvements and communicate with different departments.

  • Assist in root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects encountered during different stages of project development and delivery.

  • Build and maintain technical design documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Web development.

  • Experience using HTML, CSS, SASS, plain JavaScript and JQuery.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Java, SQL and RESTful API.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

  • Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • English professional proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web performance.

  • Have an overlap of any of: SQL, REST, cloud, UNIX and you constantly learn.

  • Experience with template engines and NodeJS is a plus.

  • Experience in architect web applications and tools on your own.

  • Good multitasking skills.

  • Experience with Federated Search.
