What we're looking for:

Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate specialist that will help us to maintain stock of laptops and peripherals enough to support timely onboardings of employees according to company processes and SLA`s. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with global procurement team to supply Global Office IT department with user and infrastructure hardware/ software across the globe
  • On-board new vendors and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Make sure that arrived hardware is inside the Inventory system for all analytic and automation tools to work properly
  • Ensure that new and existing software is tracked in asset systems and delivered after procurement
  • Use existing Inventory and Asset monitoring systems to put tasks in front of IT team to fix inconsistencies
  • Design and deliver reports on inventory/asset controls and compliance across IT-Ops procurement
  • Partner with security and business ops to help maintain and improve Procurement processes and asset management of IT-ops owned hardware and software
  • Create and deliver quarterly project deliverables through KPI's driving forward efficiency and execution of org-wide quarterly initiatives
  • This is a developing role, and as the role develops the scope may evolve with the role
Basic Requirements
  • Experience with purchases of IT hardware in multiple regions
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Fluency in Czech both verbal and written

  • Open-mindfulness since we are undergoing rapid-growth stage, there will be a lot of blanks to fill and growth areas for you, the team, and the company
  • Success portfolio containing great results with vendor contracts, fixing misunderstandings, and finding a win-win in tough situations related to contracts
  • Team player attitude and ability to self motivate for successful outcome, genuine passion for your profession
  • A HUGE plus will be the ability to work with shifted towards evening schedule to support US-based team with your over the top skill to deliver best procurement service there is.
