What we’re looking for

  • Project Management professional with 8+ years of experience in enabling customer success programs.
  • Experience in managing presales readiness and enablement content in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English language with experience working with an audience comprised of and not limited to leaders in Sales, Marketing and Product teams in technology organizations.
  • Ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts.
  • Good presentation skills and cross-functional engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Excel, with experience using Business Intelligence systems such as Tableau or Power BI.

Position Overview

As a Project Management and sales enablement professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing customer success programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders and external providers across geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer success program by working closely with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Lead customer feedback program to obtain insights into customers’ buying preferences and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and work towards enabling solutions.
  • Own and drive program by managing stakeholder expectations and delivering to shared goals.
  • Provide periodic updates to management and stakeholders highlighting areas that need attention.
  • Evaluate program risks and raise concerns with good sense of judgement and urgency.
  • Independently manage day-to-day work assignment, completion, follow-ups and related deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of professional work experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of work experience or an MBA from a recognized university with 6 years of work experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills with ability to work with diverse and global stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working in Technology industry
  • Strong knowledge/experience with Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
