In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from discussing the workforce planning with hiring managers to sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers. You will also be working in partnership with our TA Sourcers in the team to find the best talents in the market.

The Role

Working in partnership with senior business partners in the Engineering and IT departments, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. For this role, we are looking for a hardworking Recruiter to take ownership of recruiting IT and Engineering profiles across several of our Engineering locations in EMEA (mainly Patras -Greece, Cambridge - UK and Dublin - Ireland).  

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging a broad range of mid-to-senior talent for Engineering organization. You will be identifying, engaging and qualifying active and passive talent across the region, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders. In collaboration with our global TA team and with the marketing team, you will also be working on our Citrix brand in the region. You will also have the opportunity to work on global TA projects together with team members across the Globe.

What You’ll Need/ basic qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a consistent track record of success identifying and engaging talent within an in-house environment. You must have a deep understanding of the geographic region and an extensive network therein.

You have a consistent track record in recruiting Engineering talent in the technology industry and researching and recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, using extensive search techniques and methods.

You need to be fluent in English to be successful in this role. Speaking fluent Greek would be a strong a plus.

University Degree or equivalent experience would be ideal but not required.

You are creative problem solver and someone who can use innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Citrix. Highly collaborative, you have determination and a focus on delivering results, without sacrificing the quality or the value of your partnership to the business.

You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously.
