What we're looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager to join our Wrike Education team. You will report to the Manager of Wrike Customer Education and will play a leading role in shaping the future of our customer-facing services at Wrike, delivering our content and solutions in multiple languages.

On any given day, you’ll be doing one or all of these things:

  • Coordinating the localization efforts for the Customer Success Organization (CSO) from request intake to delivery.

  • Managing product localization budget and external vendor logistics including quoting, approvals, and invoicing.

  • Ensuring all stakeholders are leveraging localization best practices.

  • Executing the localization strategy for the Wrike organization on a tactical level coordinating efforts and collaborating with teams across the organization to move projects from start to finish.

  • Maintaining the tone of voice determined by Wrike for each given localization asset type, whilst adhering to the requestors' brief, glossary, style guidelines, and other specific preferences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • English - fluent (advanced)

  • Project management experience, knowledge in various project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc )

  • Experience working cross-functionally

  • Effective communication with key stakeholders

  • Balancing translation costs and project budgets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading change in organizations; strong interest and knowledge of change management techniques and habit formation

  • Experience in helping businesses become “well-oiled machines” when it comes to execution, collaboration, and localization

  • Strong team player

  • Great prioritization and planning skills

  • Ability to learn fast

  • Detail-oriented to ensure top quality target deliverables

  • Strategic thinker who gets energized by tackling big questions

  • Passionate about learning and improving every day, motivated to excel

  • Open to feedback, coachable

  • Self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above and beyond the job description

  • Creative and innovative

  • Passionate about personal and team productivity

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Bonus: Multiple languages
