Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing a team of top-performing territory-based Demand Management Reps who deliver qualified opportunities and incremental pipeline for the Sales teams.  The manager will set sales lead processes and metrics, drive the organization to goals, objectives and quota achievement related to inbound prospecting, outbound tele-prospecting and upsell/cross sell sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Demand Management Reps responsible for delivering qualified opportunities to Sales that have been confirmed to be engaged decision makers with a specific business challenge Citrix can tackle

  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leaders to identify, prospect and nurture target accounts and provide continuous feedback regarding opportunity quality

  • Ensure team follows up on all Enterprise and Corporate account leads from Marketing programs and campaigns that meet or exceed the scoring criteria

  • Monitor activity and provide support/coaching to the team around lead qualification performance.

  • Create a friendly/competitive environment in which the team can succeed and produce results leading to growth of both the individuals and the company

  • Close collaboration and alignment with WW Integrated Marketing team around upcoming campaigns and programs and also providing feedback around lead quality and program effectiveness

  • Provide ongoing updates to Marketing and Sales Leadership around current programs, process, and performance via written communications and presentations

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lead Qualification methodologies

  • High energy level, highly-motivated and driven to succeed

  • Strong passion for selling

  • Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • History of leading high performing lead qualification teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent resume

  • 2-3 years experience in managing lead qualification reps

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience using Salesforce.com and Contact Center Technologies

  • History of top performance or remarkable achievements
