What we're looking for:

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and helping them generate demand, interest, and excitement for Citrix, while crafting a steady pipeline of opportunities for the Digital Sales team. You are a proven leader who can help develop our quickly growing team of highly motivated Sales Development Representatives! Together with the team, you will lead the charge in planning and implementing standard methodologies for lead generation.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Deliver an agreed set of KPI’s to meet the marketing and sales SLA’s
  • You will collaborate with the recruitment team to hire and onboard new talent for the sales team.
  • Support and encourage the personal development plans for each team member
  • Ensure that the team is enabled on campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts.
  • SFDC lead queue management, reporting and data analysis to ensure disciplined execution is in place to identify positive and negative emerging plans
  • Promoting the best use of sales development tools within sales teams and sharing best practice between countries and teams [i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft Marketo, SFDC].

Key Skills Required:

  • You have a consistent record in managing, leading and mentoring teams for inbound/outbound lead qualification - Marketing, Operations or Sales Development
  • Proficiency in English a requirement, German desirable
  • Strong In-person and virtual communications & presentation skills
  • Capable of networking across the company and to build and manage cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Previous experience of working in a matrix environment with regional stakeholders
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
  • Professional with strong planning and analytic skills. Project management expertise an advantage.
  • Proactive, creative and entrepreneurial problem solver, you constantly generate new insights for driving and supporting divisional priorities through Sales Programs.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required. Salesforce.com experience an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 10%

Basic Requirements

  • Must have experience leading a quota beating, lead qualification team or a wealth of experience in an SDR and account executive role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with SaaS CRM, ERP, or other SaaS Enterprise solutions
