What we're looking for:

You are passionate about the world of Sales Development!

We are looking for a remarkable Sales Development Manager to manage our SDR team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will manage team goals, motivate and develop team members, and work closely with sales and other stakeholders at Wrike. You will scale the team by identifying the correct people to join and nurturing them to be top performers. 

As the manager, you need to communicate effectively across multiple departments and have the ability to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic environment.   

This is a role for both experienced and up-and-coming sales leaders who are passionate about developing talent and coaching a team to success.


  • Recruit, lead and develop a team of SDRs to produce maximum results

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross functional peers to optimize pipeline and revenue creation

  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity

  • Proactively identify & tackle for gaps in process or skill set

  • Motivate SDR's to exceed daily KPIs through coaching & incentives

  • Build a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience managing a sales development team in a SaaS environment.

  • A passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A wealth of experience in a sales role

  • Ability to Forecast and drive business

  • Desire for developing new business opportunities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You can adapt easily to a rapidly-changing environment
