What we're looking for:

The role of the Wrike marketing team is to identify people, teams, and companies interested in work management solution, generate demand by dozens channels and hundreds of campaigns, accompany new users along the whole customer journey from the first impression till expanding.
We're looking for a marketing analyst who can help us enhance and improve marketing efforts in digital marketing and website performance.
In this role, you will be driving effective cross-functional communications, setting up tracking, finding insights, managing platforms integrations from the analytics side and conducting efficient analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily analytic support for marketing teams
  • Communicate with stakeholders to find out what we can make better and how to meet challenges in the current process
  • Build relationships with leadership and possess the communication skills to deliver technical information effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Develop scalable solutions providing opportunities for enhancing cross sales-marketing process
  • Build BI reports and visualize data for marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Present marketing performance results to team leads and the exec crew
Project examples:
  • Automate reporting for different marketing motions
  • Work with marketing campaigns attribution
  • Manage sales and marketing system integrations from analytics side
Basic Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of SQL & databases (we use Postgres and BigQuery)
  • Good data visualization skills
  • Experience in CRM (Salesforce is a big plus)
  • Experience in BI systems (Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Upper intermediate or fluent English
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in Marketo or another marketing automation system
  • Python basic skills
  • You are communicative and friendly
