What we're looking for:

Summary

As Demand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working across teams to develop and execute integrated program plans to achieve demand campaign pipeline targets. You will work closely with senior demand managers to ensure that program plans align to the campaign strategy and goals, will work collaboratively across teams to ensure programs are executed in a timely fashion, and measure and report on program performance.

Position Summary/Overview

Responsible for strategic, programmatic and operational activities related to demand marketing, including acquisition, engagement and acceleration. Drives demand marketing best practices and works with marketers to apply them within the organization. Manages outside agencies and vendors and coordinates across all the marketing functions to ensure a fully integrated plan. Partners with product marketing to identify audience requirements and provides insight into what is and isn’t working to drive future requirements. Works directly with sales, field marketing, marketing operations, and product marketing to drive programs that achieve pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the demand campaign strategy & objectives, target audience, buyer needs and use cases
  • Collaborate with demand leads and field marketing teams on quarterly campaign plans to achieve pipeline targets
  • Develop cohesive and comprehensive strategy and plans and lead execution for key programs in support of campaign strategy
  • Leverage BI dashboards to develop a strong knowledge base of historical program performance, and to develop projections and growth goals for programs
  • Work across Demand, Content Marketing and PMM teams on content requirements to support campaigns, and ensure content meets the needs to support demand campaign activities  
  • Work with Digital Marketing teams on plans to support campaign objectives, and to deliver messaging and content by channel and journey stage, and identify opportunities for optimizing performance
  • Ensure Nurture plans and content are aligned to campaign strategy and messaging and work with team to ensure timely launch and optimization opportunities
  • Define and deliver target lists for digital channels and programs in alignment with campaign strategy
  • Collaborate across digital teams and operational teams on plans for A/B testing, new personalization opportunities and/or web offers to support campaign objectives
  • Manage vendors and agencies to create deliverables and execute program plans as required
  • Work with program manager to submit SOWs and POs to support program execution as needed
  • Work with program manager to ensure timely delivery of content and webinars as needed
  • Consistently track & measure program performance/pacing to ensure programs are on track to meet goals
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience required
  • 8+ years marketing experience, with 3+ years in B2B demand generation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across teams to develop execution plans to meet campaign goals and objectives 
  • Track record of success managing marketing programs to meet goals
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels and their role in the customer journey
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a distributed global organization
  • Ability to effectively document, track and communicate plan progress in multiple formats, including excel and/or project management tools and powerpoint
  • Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage dashboard reports to measure performance and drive recommendations for optimization
  • Experience marketing SaaS technology preferred
