What we're looking for:

As a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA), you will help develop our joint offerings with selected Citrix Partners and as part of the PSA team, contribute to the expansion of our business via selected Partners across EMEA.
Responsible for co-driving our business with the partner team(s) by building Citrix+Partner(+Hyperscaler) optimized technical architectures and developing long term strategy with partner development and service teams.

The Partner Solution Architect team aligns to Business Solution Architects, selected Citrix Partners and Hyperscalers, Microsoft, Google (GCP & Chrome) and AWS. If you are a self-starting, creative problem solver with a passion for building joint solutions with partners, then this is the role for you. 

What we are looking for: 
You are passionate about combining your technical expertise with your understanding of partner business needs to solve complex problems. You have at least 5+ years presales experience in enterprise technology, ideally in Virtualization, Security, Digital Workspaces or SaaS. This is a remote position with travel to meetings, as needed. 

Your principal responsibilities will include but not exclusive to: 

Deliver webinars and Master classes on Citrix product strategy
Liase with technical marketing teams
Development of solution offerings
Participate in business value framework Discovery.
Building relationships with hyperscalers peers to drive closer partnership and alignment
Technical advocacy
Educate partners on Workspace and/or Networking Transformation
Deployment and optimization of Citrix workloads within a partner architecture
Create repeatable POC guides with/for joint solutions
Designing Citrix or Partner Cloud managed solutions
Map Partners offering to include Citrix product offerings
Drive innovation and remain at the forefront for specialization areas, including maintaining relevant industry certifications
Perform demo environment maintenance and respond to technical queries
Participate in trade shows

Job requirements and qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
5+ years’ experience in a high-tech industry, preferably with supporting designing/architecting of technical solutions for partners or customers.
Proficient in one or more cloud providers:  Azure, AWS and Google Cloud platform, Nutanix
Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills
Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases.
Ability to apply thorough understanding of Citrix products required; must foster interest in our offerings
Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes; high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge
Ability to articulate and understand the partner strategy and Citrix solution strategy; ability to make a compelling case for Citrix products
Capable of quickly learning new products and technologies
Ability to diffuse complicated technical and political situations 
Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a partner organization
