What we're looking for:

Wrike is the collaborative work management platform of choice for 20,000+ companies in over 140 countries.We're searching for YOU to join our advertising team and help us with our ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will be in charge of running online marketing campaigns for international campaigns that will help bring new B2B customers to our outstanding work management platform. In this position, hands-on work is needed (we don't use agencies) with Google Ads and social media preferably with international project experience and working with higher marketing budgets (min. 40k USD/month).
Role Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement and optimise various online marketing campaigns
  • Test ads and landing pages
  • Run PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing, GDN, YouTube, Search Ads 360 retargeting, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Use scripts and other automatisation for growing efficiency
  • Maintain and supervise keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and meaningful account metrics
  • Handle the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Provide recommendations and lead strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and different facets of paid search.
  • Conduct campaign analysis, reporting, and optimisation (performance, statistics, messages)
Basic Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with PPC or high interest to acquire PPC skills (Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, GDN are required)
  • Proficient level of English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimising campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (lookups and pivot tables)
  • Analytical mentality and creative problem solver to strategise and lead on A/B tests within campaigns
  • Phenomenal communication skills, capable of translating your data-driven insights into meaningful recommendations
  • Passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels
  • You’re ready to be assessed only by quota/plan fulfilment - straight in numbers Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS knowledge or Python / R is a plus
