As a Principal Product Manager you will Lead product Vision, Strategy & Execution for Citrix Analytics for Performance focused on App. Analytics
Leading product Vision, Strategy & Execution for Citrix Analytics for Performance focused on App. Analytics
Engage with sales, customers, and strategic partners to own the overall success of the business
Drive and own the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction, and strategy.
Conduct market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage, and success and integrate results directly into the product strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation, as well as identify disruptive opportunities.
Drive strategic initiatives to place decision making close to the customer, using feedback to inform tactical and strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional team to develop product, drive goto-market and sales enablement
Manage product backlog in JIRA and work with engineering and customers to deliver features and customer outcomes
7 years of product management experience (Preferably in Cloud, Monitoring or App. Analytics)
BS in Computer Science. Masters preferred. (MBA / MS CS)
Presentations - written or verbal must be crisp and concise
Comfortable presenting to senior executives
Ability to present product value to an IT admin as well as C-level executive.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience in some combination of the following markets: APM, Observability, Machine Learning (ML) OR Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Must be analytical and bright, and able to make informed decisions based on past experience and sound instincts.
The successful person will be a key player on the leadership team and will possess a leadership style that is both confident and direct, tempered with sound reasoning and judgment
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Achieves organizational focus on key priorities, provides clear direction, and actively communicates.
Ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful.
