What we're looking for:

Are you a curious Product Analyst with good SQL and BI tools skills, and someone who easily builds positive relationships in a cross-functional environment? Join our Product Analytics team! Help us better understand how people use Wrike and what should be done to make our product even better.

Role Overview:

We believe that work should be exciting, and that challenge should be fun. In this role, you will need to understand behavior patterns, suggest hints and recommendations, and help Wrike product team build the most user-loved product ever. Apart from ongoing improvements based on your analysis, you will help set priorities for our future strategic development. We welcome and encourage initiative. Although the company is growing, there’s always an opportunity to communicate your idea to a manager of any level and be sure you will be heard.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting on weekly product usage

• Defining the right metrics for new features

• Planning the accurate tracking method

• Maintaining databases to work with big amounts of data

• Planning experiments when a new design/feature is released

• Doing ad hoc analysis

• Analyzing features development impact before they get developed

Basic Qualifications:

• Good experience with analytics

• University degree or equivalent working experience in related area (analytics)

• Good knowledge of SQL & databases (we use Google BigQuery)

• Knowledge of BI tools (we use Tableau)

• English knowledge at upper intermediate level (or better)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superb communication skills (verbal and written) and outstanding attention to detail

• Ability to think about overall business value rather than about numbers and charts

• Any programming skills will be a strong advantage (we use Python)

• Understanding SQL query optimization and database management
