We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team, which is a part of the Engineering Operations Organization. In this role you will support a wide variety of teams who develop Cloud hosting and governance infrastructure, including FedRAMP. This role has high visibility to variety of stakeholders across the corporate functions.

You enjoy complex challenges that are inherent in developing complex systems and solutions across multiple teams and technology stacks. You are not afraid of visibility and are comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders. You are known for consistently identifying better ways of working and drive change initiatives across the organization to implement your ideas. You are an agilist at heart, and always looking for ways to apply Lean-Agile principles to improve outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Partner with Product and Engineering across parts of Citrix product portfolio to help programs and teams execute on their business objectives
• The scope of the role ranges from leading smaller feature teams to larger projects and programs that include diverse set of components and products
• Monitor execution, identify and lead improvements, to help ensure predictable operation on supported programs
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company based on exercising technical judgment while working with large, cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams to higher Lean-Agile maturity; implements key principles of Lean-Agile within teams
• Leverage tools and systems to aid in data-drive decision-making
Desired Qualifications
• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
• Track record of initiating and driving adoption of uniform processes/guidelines, especially ones related to implementation of Lean-Agile principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to large audiences.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and exposure to CI/CD pipeline technologies
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
• Experience leading Cloud-based / SaaS projects
• Experience driving FedRAMP and cyber security projects is a plus
• Experience with SAFe framework is a big plus
• This job requires US Citizenship

In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role generally ranges from $115,120 -$143,900 but may vary depending on your qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of this range.
