Job Overview

As the Wrike Sales Development Rep, you would be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You will establish the relationship and identify their needs to determine the opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for a sale.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Understand our buyer personas and the needs/“pains” of your market.
  • Conduct research on the prospect and their organisation and leverage thoughtful personalisation in your outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn.
  • Persuade prospects to have a call or take a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive.
  • Qualify prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.
  • Work closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging
 Basic Qualifications
  • Full Fluency in both English and German is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 1+ years experience in a Sales Development or similar role in a B2B business is a plus
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Excellent and efficient research capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success of reaching monthly and quarterly targets
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Education to degree or 3rd level equivalent
  • Eligible to live and work in the EU at time of application
  • Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Additional language is a strong plus
