About the Role:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support services to a recurring Sales Onboarding Workshop running on a monthly basis and ongoing Sales Enablement programs. This position will be responsible for overseeing our high-volume Sales Onboarding Workshop operations, including administrative support, online event coordination, learners’ registration etc. This position will be monitoring for any updates, ensuring online workshop materials, invites, and other related resources are accurate and up-to-date. The Program Coordinator will act as a first point of contact for the program questions and inquiries. In addition, the program Coordinator will identify areas of opportunity to streamline and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery and partner with other teams to design and implement solutions. This position will be working closely with Workshop Program Managers, Workshop Facilitators, and Operations Managers.
Responsibilities:
Maintains liaison with staff in other teams and departments to coordinate program activities and to successfully accomplish program objectives;
Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; demonstrates continuous efforts to enhance support operations and systems, to streamline work processes and to increase the efficiency of the program;
Collaborates and provides assistance to staff in assigned areas to ensure program objectives are met on a timely basis;
Helps facilitators and other SMEs with live sessions delivery through monitoring and administrating communication channels as well as referencing supporting documentation;
Is involved in data collection procedures and reporting;
Assists in administering program processes and systems/tools;
Is responsible for planning and coordination of training and workshops;
Suggests enhancements to program operations and procedures.
Basic Requirements:
Prior relevant experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding writing, editing, critical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to predict and overcome obstacles
A conceptual thinker who proactively solves problems and makes common-sense decisions
Results-driven, high-energy team player
Good understanding of project management tools
Experience collaborating virtually with diverse, global teams
Experience managing data, information, and logistics using various online systems and tools
Preferred Skills
Understanding of project management and work management systems (like Wrike, Miro)
Advanced knowledge of online conference platforms (Zoom and/or other)
Advanced knowledge of GSuite tools
Advanced Excel skills is a plus
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Job may be performed at home, in Citrix training rooms or in other office environments
Will require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours
Normal working hours will be shifted to partially accommodate for US timezones.
