As the Senior Enablement Instructor, you are at the helm of ensuring our Sellers (and our Business Units) success by serving as a trusted partner to deliver enablement to the Sales organization. Our goal – to accelerate seller ramp, upskill sales talent, and influence sales retention by making this the most effective and ready Sales organization at Citrix!

Here's what we need you to do so we can take first place:

· Stakeholder Engagement – Participate in regular sales and cross functional stakeholder engagement to understand evolving sales needs (Product Mgmt, Operations, Sales Sytems,etc)

· Readiness – Participate in defining the rhythm of business for sales enablement (capture requirements, prioritize, and plan sales readiness roadmap). Ensure enablement is tightly connected to the business unit strategy and GTM motions.

· Content Creation & Readiness Delivery – Design and deliver enablement content across a variety of training modalities to teach new skills and drive performance. As needed, partner with cross functional specialists or 3rd parties. Maintain a highly effective learning library that delivers specific real time field requirements.

· Program Delivery - Coordinate, produce & run full cycle enablement programs Monitor sales objectives and results as they relate to enablement sessions, asynchronous learning modules and workshop attendance.

· Continuous Learning: Participate in skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement and mitigate future risk.

· Sales Training Events – This role will be responsible for co-creating and delivering ad-hoc, quarterly, and annual sales events

· Flexibility & Prioritized Execution - Clearly establish priorities across multiple initiatives while easily pivoting.

Prior Achievements include:

· BA/BS degree in a business-related field

· 5+ years’ experience in full cycle sales roles and/or sales training adjacent role

· Experienced in digital and blended learning; LMS knowledge is a plus

· Superb content management skills (familiarity with creating learning content, managing content repository and collaboration tools, etc.)

· Experience with Sales Systems & Sales Enablement Tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedInNavigator, DiscoverOrg) a plus

· Sales methodology knowledge (Challenger, Counselor Sales, MEDDIC) a plus

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

· Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
