What we're looking for:

As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you are responsible for managing and closing assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota and on time renewal rates.

Position Summary

You will focus on optimizing revenue from our current install base, you will love to prospect customer, cross-sell and up-sell products, services and cloud opportunities. You embraced accountability for proactive calling, following up, managing and closing your assigned accounts.

You will drive renewals of Customer Success Services, Enterprise-level Support contracts (e.g. TRM, Extended Support, Escalation Engineer and future offerings), and Appliance Maintenance (HWM) within a list of accounts or in a territory.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Working with customers, channel partners, and sales teams in your assigned regions.

  • Manages all renewal opportunities through leveraging Citrix channel partners or directly where needed

  • Understands and develops a coordinated upsell, cross-sell, and close plan strategy for each opportunity with key stakeholders.

  • Provides routine analytical insights and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process

  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions

  • Provide all necessary quotes and align on pricing strategies with sales and channel teams.

  • Manages, tracks and updates all renewal sales opportunities stages in Salesforce.

  • Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities

  • Provides accurate updates of sales pipeline and forecast to the business leader through Salesforce.com

  • Generates, analyzes, and understands past license and service purchases to explain pricing to customers.

  • Orchestrates and conducts trainings with Citrix partners and stakeholders on features and benefits of support offerings to execute against territory strategy

  • Focus on maximizing renewal rate and reducing churn in assigned territory. Mitigate churn risk by handing objections and escalating to management when needed.

  • Process purchase orders for perpetual licenses which may vary between indirect and direct sales models.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of indirect sales experience within the IT/software industry (Renewals/ Subscription preferred)

  • Native language skills of Mandarin/ Cantonese for assigned Greater China/ HK territory

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all mediums

  • Problem solving skills to your partners, customers, and sales colleagues

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic fast-paced enviroment to meet deadlines and deliver results

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Ability to foster relationships quickly and remotely and to develop and create alignment with sales team members as needed to close sales.

  • Solid experience in leveraging channel partners, ERMs, and CAMs to close deals

  • Understands how to assess customer information, determine, and address problem areas, formulate relevant solutions, and present the solution effectively.

  • Good level of expertise using Microsoft suite.

  • Experience of selling to executive level customers.

  • Must be flexible, dependable and have a willingness to learn.
