What we’re looking for

  • You are a Business Intelligence and Decision Science professional with 7+ years of experience in data science and business intelligence technologies, applications, practices, methodologies and tools.
  • You will have experience in transforming large amounts of diverse business data into valuable and meaningful information that can be used to support enterprise-wide business decision-making.
  • You will have strong knowledge of SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Excel, Business Intelligence systems such as Tableau and Power BI and some experience with Python and R.
  • You will have good written and oral communication skills in English language and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for an audience comprised of senior leaders within Sales, Marketing and Product teams in technology organizations.
  • You will have good presentation skills and cross-functional engagement with stakeholders across the organization.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be a Senior Analyst who is part of the Citrix Worldwide Win-Loss Reviews program. You will have the opportunity to work with team of analysts, sales enablement, and sales operations leaders across geographies to lead the effort around creating actionable Win/Loss analytics.


  • Key member of a team responsible for the management of the Citrix Win Loss Reviews program
  • Be a CRM (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (Tableau and other) expert
  • Analyze competitive intelligence data and provide actionable insights based on the analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to Leadership Team and close-loop on actions
  • Identify data anomalies and integrity issues and work with technical teams to resolve
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of tool enhancements with Salesforce IT team, Sales Operations and system vendors
  • Plan, create, develop and publish user friendly Tableau Dashboards to Field Sales and functional stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of overall professional work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience or an MBA from a recognized university with 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in extracting and transforming large volumes of data and publishing reports via dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and use analytical skills to create easy-to-understand, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Intermediate knowledge/experience with Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Strong math/analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge/experience with relational databases and report development.
  • Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational skills.

Desirable requirements

  • Prior working experience with Python or R and application of decision science techniques
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work across multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM data such as opportunities and Sales KPIs such as win rates
  • Strong knowledge of
  • Experience working on Market Research study and analysis (Gartner, ISG)
