What we're looking for:

Wrike is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist with strong analytical abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills to improve organizational efficiency and help our team grow!

Position Overview

You will assist and communicate with our customers on collections, credits, and related license subscription inquires to resolve billing and account related issues!

Work with Legal, Finance and Support teams on structuring sales quotes and order forms for processing accurately and completely per executed contract terms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and invoices per Contract and Order Form terms.

  • Assist in account receivables collections and payment application.

  • Make collection calls to recover overdue invoice payments over the telephone or email.

  • Communicate and resolve customer account queries by telephone and email.

  • Investigate, substantiate and prepare customer credits or bad debt write offs.

  • Pull, review and analyze data related to customer accounts, billing information and purchase contracts.

  • Set up and register customer account with 3rd party payment portals such as Ariba.

  • Assist in providing support documentations for audits.

  • Associate with data team to ensure appropriate reporting of billing and revenue data.

  • Recommend and help implement improvements to our data collection and reporting methodologies in the billing system.

  • Work with cross functional team (Sales, Support, Finance and Legal) to resolve billing and ordering issues.

  • Mentor and assist in the training of junior team members

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

  • 1-3 years of related work experience.

  • English professional proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to details.

  • Be able to work independently and cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

  • Strong customer service, Excel and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
