What we're looking for:

We're looking for an outstanding Sr. Field Sales Manager for our North China CAM team. If you have confirmed experience, can carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within Northwest five provinces (including Shanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang) and some assigned accounts in Central Enterprises and Enterprises Industry, have the ability to interact strongly with customers at the Senior Management level with support on building a relationship with C level contacts, then we'd love to speak with you!

Position Overview

As Sr. Field Sales Manager, you will establish relationships and engage with businesses to in find opportunities and sell Citrix products and services.

In this role, you would increase Citrix penetration within territory by using a leveraged model (e.g., inside sales, channel) to build opportunity for Citrix channel partners. The successful Field Sales Manager provides coverage for territory, your success will include penetration of entire Citrix portfolio and leveraging channel partners along with various Citrix sales roles for lead generation and closing deals. Roles Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business, direct customer engagement, working with Citrix Solutions Network (CSN) partners to increase Citrix product knowledge and efficiencies, and whenever possible, leveraging ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and Citrix Strategic Business Alliances (CBA) relationships to drive sales into end user accounts.
  • Leverage and maximize CSN/CBA/SI (System Integrators) /ISV partners as the fulfilment channel while working with Citrix end user accounts on IT initiatives.
  • Take ownership for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfilment once the order has been received and processed by Citrix.
  • Manage weekly forecasts against revenue targets and works closely with inside sales counterpart(s) to manage the pipeline and set appropriate monthly and quarterly revenue expectations using Citrix-defined CRM and forecasting tools.
  • Partner with sales and service organizations and IT business executives within corporate environments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years selling software to large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in the following areas: application and Desktop Virtualization technology (database, operating systems, application platforms, internet solution selling (service, hardware, software), and/or networking, security and/or WAN optimization
  • Experience working with cross industry and enterprise accounts (Insurance, Internet, Enterprise)
  • Strong consultative selling abilities, critical questioning, listening, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for IT solutions
  • Strong logical/critical thinking and problem resolution skill
  • A track record of success in a consultative sales environment, with an expert knowledge of consultative sales tools and techniques. An ability to understand customer needs is key, as well as overcoming objections, return on investment analysis and closing the sale
  • Ability to lead long, sophisticated sales cycles from beginning to end
