• Work across our Content Consumer Products: This is a full stack development role, with a focus on Search technologies. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy applications that matter to our end users.
• Customer-Focus: You are a Software Engineer that is well-rounded in the practice of driving innovation and is empathetic to the voice of the customer.  You are passionate about implementing functionality in incremental slices of value for the purpose of delighting the customer and driving measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration: You will be working alongside a collaborative and talented team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.  Shared responsibilities range from targeted research, refining requirements, root cause analysis of customer-reported issues, evaluating risks, and creating well-thought-out designs and implementations.
• Continuous Learning: You are a self-driven, enthusiastic Software Engineer with a continuous learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a can-do positive/pro-active attitude.

• Drive Code Quality: Embrace and implement best practices and coding standards (e.g., code reviews, logging and instrumentation, static/dynamic code analysis, code coverage, unit tests, integration tests) within the team.

Position Overview:

You will work on a team directly impacting our mission by engineering Search and Custom Tagging solutions for the next evolution of the knowledge worker. The products in this area will accelerate productivity for our customers by building a unified search platform across our product suite that includes collaboration software, e-signatures, workflows, and spaces. Bring innovation to this space with recommendations, intelligent search, and contextual search.

Prior Achievements include:

• 3-5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience in two or more of the following technologies: C#, .Net, NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core, Node.js, React or Angular & DevOps tools/technologies.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search engines.
• Experience with databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB or Cosmos DB.

Your superhero talents include:

• Performance-driven multi-tenant application development.
• Experience working in a development environment that uses CI/CD.
• Experience building and working with production-grade search systems.
• Knowledge and previous experience working with Cloud platforms; AWS, Azure or GCP.
