What we're looking for:

You are a curious, driven, passionate and experienced Software Engineer. You have proven knowledge of Computer Science and Software Engineering. You excel in the planning and prioritization of design and development activities to resolve a wide range of issues. You enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment to deliver innovative solutions to transform their business by leveraging the latest cloud technologies.

Position Overview:

Citrix Endpoint Management (CEM) is a cloud-based solution for managing endpoints and powering a versatile digital workspace experience that lets users work smarter, faster, and more securely. You will play a meaningful role in CEM team to develop world-class products. Along with talented team members, you will be focusing on developing new features, troubleshooting issues, and improving existing functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Agilely craft, develop, test, automate, debug, and integrate to deliver high-quality products.
  • Interface with Product Managers to understand requirements for developing new features.
  • Interface with Technical Support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Keep learning and be prepared to adjust to assignments of broader components and products.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product development.
  • Knowledge of operating system, networking, database, and software engineering.
  • Proven experience of system level software development, debugging, unit test and automation on.
  • Proven experience of object-oriented software programming (Java/C#/C++, etc.).
  • Linux/Windows or Android/iOS. Knowledge of CICD.
  • Experience of IDE tools (Xcode, Android Studio, IntelliJ).
  • Good verbal and written in English and good communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing technologies e.g., Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus) or AWS is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of OS kernel.
  • Knowledge and experience of Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP, Microservice, etc.) and virtualization (docker, Xen, KVM, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience of Web technologies such as RESTful, Web API, Web Security, HTML5, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Object C, Swift, Kotlin.
  • Knowledge and experience of Spring, Robot Framework, Jenkins.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
