As a Senior Software Engineer, our Workforce Collaboration Group is building the next generation of cloud-based content for the digital workspace. You will be working on some of our most challenging problems, from fast-paced deployments to systems-level programming, all the while delighting customers with simple, intuitive, user experiences.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve software
  • Work across the stack: front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and everything in between
  • Development in a team-first environment to ship software that matters to your users
  • Use data to drive technical decisions
  • Mentor and coach to constantly foster growth within the organization

Prior Achievements include:

  • Demonstrated experience developing multiple programs utilizing a combination of front-end, back-end, datastore frameworks, and infrastructure-as-software
  • Experience writing clean, modular, code in large codebases
  • Experience building and utilizing unit and integration tests
  • 3-5+ years of experience, BS or equivalent experience + 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience or equivalent experience

Your superhero talents include:

  • Fluency in a type-based language (C#, Java, Go)
  • Building scalable multi-tenant microservice applications utilizing .NET (or similar) platforms and languages
  • Continuous deployment of software using a CI/CD pipelines
  • Developing and deploying cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, Ansible, Terraform) 
  • Designing scalable data storage solutions utilizing NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra) and/or relational datastores (SQL Server, Postgres)
  • Creating intuitive user experiences using a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue and Angular)
