You're excited about this role because you'll:
Offer research solutions that considers the business goals, broader product strategy, and company visions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on user research, educating stakeholders on why and how research decisions are made
Collaboratively work throughout the product lifecycle with teammates and stakeholders to problem solve and offer solutions
Help identify research education opportunities for the UX org or cross-functional partners.
Actively contribute to the UX research team's strategy, process, and culture
Lead research initiatives with other researchers and cross-functional partners for product features.Research projects are a mix of problem and solution validation, as well as qualitative and quantitative strategies.
Facilitate studies, synthesize findings, and share recommendations peers, designers, and other stakeholders
Occasionally (When safe to do so) travel to conferences or customer sites to conduct research
·Mentor other researchers and designers

·Advocate for user-centered design and enjoy teaching others about different research methods, including when, how, and why to use them.
Know how to apply a range of research methods and know when to balance between running scrappy or with more rigor.
Find yourself staying current on methods and industry trends and are excited to share info and try things out.
Proactively anticipate issues, communicate, and provide solutions for them
Can effectively prioritize work when juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
Love educating and mentoring others about research and strategic research approaches
Identify ways to improve team efficiencies (e.g., processes, tools, methods, and so on)
Have a bachelor’s or master's degree in human computer interaction, design, cognitive science, psychology, information science, computer science, or another UX-related field.
Have 8+ years of experience with the user-centered design process including research methods and techniques and across multiple products and platforms (e.g., web, mobile, desktop apps)
Have 5+ year experience with the business workflows domain or product space - and a portfolio that reflects this (including qualitative and quantitative analysis, test methods, impacts, and outcomes)
Are familiar with B2B/B2C SaaS or enterprise experiences. (This isn't required, but nice to have.)
