In this role, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers.  You will also be working in partnership with our TA Sourcers in the team to find the best talents in the market.

The Role

Working in partnership with senior business partners, you will act as a trusted TA Advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. For this role, we are looking for a talented Recruiter to take ownership of recruiting across our S&S teams in Ireland. Our Dublin team is one of the largest and fastest growing teams at Citrix, and such you will playing a pivotal role ensuring its continued success and growth.

In partnership with our Sourcers, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging a broad range of mid-to-senior talent for our Sales & Services organization.  You will be identifying, engaging and qualifying active and passive talent across the region, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders. In collaboration with our global TA team and with the TA marketing team, you will also be working on our Citrix brand in the region. You will also have the opportunity to work on global TA projects together with team members across the Globe. 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability to work comfortably and be a change agent in a highly dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility and adaptability is required.

• Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity.

• Ability to be creative in sourcing strategies to attract new talent pools

• You have a deep understanding of the geographic region and an extensive network therein, and a track record of success in recruiting there.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's + degree or equivalent experience.

• A solid previous experience of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience in Ireland, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, operating at Multinational Corporation global standards.

• You have a proven track record in recruiting Sales talent in the technology industry and researching and recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, using extensive search techniques and methods

• Experience working and recruiting across multiple international teams and cultures – really and virtually.

• Full business fluency in spoken & written in English and it would be a strong plus if you also speak another European language.

• In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.

• Digitally savvy and proficient use of ATS, LinkedIn, social-media recruitment platforms

• Individual with a passion for recruiting and selecting great talent for Citrix.

• You need to be based in Ireland already or be able to relocate (no relocation package is offered for this role).
