What we're looking for:

You are passionate to solve complex problems and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to transform their business by leveraging the latest cloud technologies.

You are a Software Engineer with 4 plus years of experience in a one or more object oriented programming language(s) (C++/C#/Java).

You have gained hands on programming skills and have extensive knowledge of programming constructs, data structures, algorithms and scripting languages/framework.

Position Overview

The Citrix WEM Service Engineering team, based in NanJing, China, is solely focused on delivering and enabling Cloud solutions for our customers and partners. 

Every day we work to deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to transform their business by leveraging the latest Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement back end business logic for new features.
  • Embraces Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
  • Embrace and institute best practices and coding standards (e.g.: code reviews, logging and instrumentation, unit tests) within the team.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers focusing on 'design first' thinking, incorporating different end user personas.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of directly related work experience
  • Rich experience of software development and debugging
  • Good at programing with C++/C#/JAVA

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cloud Service or windows security area is preferred
  • Solid knowledge on Windows core system is preferred
  • Angular and other development skill is preferred
