What we're looking for:

Recognized as a subject matter expert and specializes in analysis and evaluation business processes. Responsible for optimizing business processes, data requirements, automated business solutions, integration issues, regulatory controls, and reporting requirements across business areas. Serve as functional lead on a medium size project by demonstrating effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, deliver end to end business analyst functions, persuade and influence decision making within a group. Facilitate business analyst mentoring on proper methodology, best practices, technology, and general analyst skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead sessions to define business problems, communicate business problems and relate to process and/or technology.  Lead solution sessions which span business process and technology platforms.
  • Contribute and follow team processes and standards. Leverage tools and templates provided.
  • Elicit, communicate and translate requirements effectively into system requirements.
  • Own and deliver end to end business analyst functions on a medium size project including but not limited to project management, requirements, configuration and/or testing.
  • Ability to define and quantify the business value of an enhancement/project.
  • Define scope and estimate team tasks within an enhancement/project
  • Responsible for knowing, applying and optimizing business processes, data requirements, automated business solutions, integration issues, regulatory controls, and reporting requirements for specific business areas.
  • Effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, can persuade and influence decision making with individuals
  • Demonstrates Citrix core values including integrity, respect, conviction and humility at all times.
  • Develop and maintain business process models for Citrix.
  • Ability to independently identify, troubleshoot and craft solutions to solve production support problems.
  • Support System Internal Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Basic Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Advanced understanding of relational database concepts and structures
  • Working knowledge of technology platforms, including best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices
  • Solid experience with all stages and methodologies in the software development lifecycle
  • Proven customer partnering and relationship building with business units.
  • Must work with a results orientation and a commitment to teamwork and customer service
  • Must be motivated, a self-starter and able to take charge and ownership with limited guidance
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
  • Advanced SQL skill
  • Experience with quality metrics and clear status reporting in driving QA projects/initiatives independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working experience on any one automation tool such as Selenium Web Driver, RPA UIPath, Work Soft Certify, Nightwatch, IBM RPT
  • Should have good knowledge of code-based automation using anyone scripting language such as Perl/Python or Jscript or at least one modern programming language such as Java, C# or C++
