If you are a passionate Sales Development Representative with experience, and like to focus on closing and working with Enterprise clients across Japan commercial customer base, we would like to talk to you. You will be working on an exciting collaboration work management solutions as they are increasingly important in a hybrid workplace.

Job Summary

Pipeline generation role working with Wrike and Citrix Enterprise level commercial customers in the Japan market.

Job Description

On any given day, you’ll be doing one, or all, of these things:

  • Work with your Strategic Account Executive (SAE) and Specialists to identify and prioritise key accounts to grow
  • Identify net-new opportunities within target accounts
  • Discover new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, social selling and following up on marketing campaigns
  • Setting qualified meetings and product demos for the Strategic Account Executives and Specialists
  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, LinkedIn Navigator, Twitter, Zoominfo etc
  • Enable Wrike’s marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns
  • Handle prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in SFDC
  • Being prepared for and contributing to strategic account mapping and meeting statuses.
  • Collaborate closely with Citrix sales representatives to identify lead generation targets

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Japanese is needed.
  • Consistent track record of success in sales/business development in a target driven environment - (SaaS/Tech a strong plus)
  • Proven track record with Enterprise accounts in Commercial sectors
  • High energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organisational and planning skills
  • Strong prospection skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts
  • Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships
  • High motivation, resilience and ambition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional languages a plus (Mandarin Chinese, Korean).
  • Familiarity in the CWM industry and the value proposition of CWM products
  • Have consistently demonstrated a high level of thoughtfulness in previous prospecting efforts
  • Have prospected into Enterprises in various countries throughout APAC
  • Thoroughly understand the challenges an organisation faces when driving adoption
  • Understand the B2B sales development process
  • Experience using tools such as Zoominfo, SFDC, LinkedIn Navigator etc
