What we're looking for:

Digital Sales Representative with responsibility for developing and handling end-user accounts and reseller partners in the SMB territory across Western & Southern Europe! You will ideally have native level Italian or French with a proficient level of English. Spanish would also be an advantage.

Position Overview

You are responsible for managing and closing all assigned accounts renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota. You will drive renewals of Citrix Core, Advanced and Priority within a list of accounts in the Benelux region.


  • Working on SAAS renewals for the SMB accounts in Citrix’s Western and Southern Europe Area.

  • Identifies renewal opportunities by generating and analyzing license reports

  • Handle all renewal opportunities through using Citrix channel partners or directly where needed

  • Prospects consistently for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engages Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to hand-over and develop such opportunities

  • Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process

  • Supports general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to improve return on Citrix products and solutions

  • Manages and tracks all sales stages of the renewal opportunities

  • Provides and generates quotes necessary for Citrix Core, Advanced and Priority


  • Experience working with SMB customers is required. Ideally in a sales capacity.

  • IT environment experience preferred.

  • Good level of communication skills both verbal and written

  • Native Italian or French and proficient English
